I am Asiri D Vitharana, a professional in the field of Development (major in community participation) and a freelance researcher. I had my Bachelor of Arts (political science special) in the faculty of humanities and social sciences in University of Ruhuna, Matara, Sri Lanka and Master of Science: Development Management (DM) in University Of Agder, Kristiansand, Norway, Master of Art in Conflict Peace and Development Studies at Tribhuwan University, Nepal.
The focus on my future career will be specially towards Sustainable Development, conflict resolution and peace building. Yet, I am also interested in environmental Issues.
